He has managed or been involved in numerous tax & business structures, business valuations, business plans, due diligence projects and restructurings.

His client list includes both listed and non-listed companies, banks, hotels, industrial, commercial and service companies across multiple -   industries ranging from the commercial and manufacturing sector to travel and tourism and public sector entities.

He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (A class license).

Dimitris is a well-respected tax advisor. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting & tax consulting and at least 10 years in payroll services.

He has conducted or been involved in numerous tax due diligence and tax optimization projects and investment appraisal projects for Mergers & Acquisitions, Spin-offs & Carve-outs and new Equity raising deals.

His client list includes both listed and non-listed companies, commercial and service companies, shipping companies and tourism companies.

He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (A class license).

Thanos is a Corporate Finance & Investment Banking executive with 20+ years of active career in the field.

During his career he has been leading Senior Advisory Teams in various high-profile Corporate Finance Advisory projects, including the largest Debt Evaluation, Restructuring and Refinancing Advisory Services package for SMEs on behalf of Greek Banks (total debt exposures of over € 9bn).

He has also led numerous cross-border M&A deals both buy & sell side, and was involved in the capital raising (equity & debt) for SMEs, with a total transactions value that exceeds €2bn.

He is very well acquainted with the Greek and International Banking system (Private and Commercial), and has gained in-depth knowledge of the business environment working closely with entrepreneurs in multiple sectors (Hospitality & Tourism, Shipping, Logistics, F&B, Energy and Pharmaceuticals), from small family businesses to large multi-nationals.

Kostas is a strategic management advisor with over 25 years in the areas of financial advisory services and strategic management services.

He has led multiple large consulting projects in Greece and overseas. His experience and expertise extends in the areas of financial management, strategy, investment management, performance improvement, valuation and business planning.

He currently leads the corporate related engagements for large sized clients including both private and public companies.
